Julia Jonsson

Julia Jonsson is currently the Global Study Associate Director at AstraZeneca, where they have previously held roles as Evidence Delivery Associate Director and Global Study Manager since 2022. They began their career in biotechnology through the R&D Graduate Scheme at AstraZeneca, focusing on study management, clinical development, and translational genomics. Julia has also contributed to research at iGEM Chalmers Gothenburg, where they participated in synthetic biology projects, including the development of a biosensor for early lung cancer detection. They hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Chalmers University of Technology.
