Julie Sharp

Julie Sharp is the Global Talent Scout for Oncology at AstraZeneca. Julie has over 18 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on life sciences and technology. Julie has worked as a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry and as a Director at RevelOne.

Julie has a deep understanding of the executive level recruitment process, and has led client relationships, talent assessment, strategy, business development, candidate sourcing and compensation negotiation. Julie has also been responsible for managing the recruitment process for a broad base of clients, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device/medtech and animal health companies.

Julie’s experience in technology (digital, software, bioinformatics, e-commerce, mobile and media) across public corporations, venture and private equity backed organizations makes their an invaluable asset to AstraZeneca.

Julie Sharp has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University.
