Kate Vila

Kate Vila is a results-driven attorney and Senior Contracts Manager at AstraZeneca, specializing in biopharmaceutical contracts management and clinical operations. With extensive experience in negotiating various types of agreements, including clinical trial and confidentiality agreements, Kate previously served as a Site Contract Implementation Specialist at Merck, where they led oncology trials and streamlined study start-up processes. Before that, Kate held roles at Syros Pharmaceuticals and Bioverativ, managing corporate and clinical contracts while enhancing efficiency through electronic platforms. Currently, Kate is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at New England Law in Boston.
