Katrin Kreisel

Katrin Kreisel, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca, where they actively contribute to neurodiversity initiatives, including organizing speaker events and hosting support calls for neurodivergent employees. They previously held various scientific roles, including a placement at AstraZeneca through QRIOS, where they supported drug development projects and RNA sequencing efforts. Katrin completed their doctoral studies at Göteborgs universitet, focusing on the physiological role of ribonucleotides in DNA, and has contributed to teaching and supervising laboratory courses. They hold a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, along with a Good Manufacturing Practice certificate.
