Kelsey Chaykowski, PharmD, RPh, is an Associate Director, Patient Safety Scientist within the oncology division at AstraZeneca. Previously, Kelsey completed a Global Patient Safety, Oncology fellowship at AstraZeneca in partnership with Rutgers University. Kelsey has held various roles in medical affairs, pharmacy intern positions, and research, demonstrating a commitment to advancing medicine and improving medication safety. They received a Doctor of Pharmacy from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University. Kelsey is recognized for their leadership in developing initiatives that promote diversity in the pharmacy profession.
