Kim Hunt

Kim Hunt is a Senior Director of ETS, Service & Delivery at AstraZeneca, where they lead global initiatives to enhance service experience. Previously, Kim served as the Global Service & Experience Director at AstraZeneca and held various leadership roles at Flex for over two decades, including Customer Services Manager and Director of Customer Support Services. Passionate about coaching and mentoring, Kim also led the ‘Women in Flex’ community in the EMEA region, empowering female colleagues in an industry often viewed as male-dominated.
