Laura Hollyhead

Laura Hollyhead is a Senior Director of Clinical Regulatory Writing at AstraZeneca, where they have been employed since 2023, focusing on Late Respiratory and Immunology. Previously, they served as Director of Strategic Alliances at AstraZeneca from 2018 to 2023. Laura's career in medical writing began with roles at Wells Healthcare and PPD, culminating in positions such as Senior Medical Writer and Associate Director, Global Medical Writing. Additionally, they held the role of Honorary Secretary for the European Medical Writers Association from 2009 to 2011. Laura earned a PhD from the University of Nottingham and a BSc (hons) from the University of Exeter.
