Lauren Remkus

Lauren Remkus is a passionate Medical Affairs leader currently serving as the Therapeutic Area Lead at AstraZeneca, where they oversee a team focused on Respiratory, Immunology, and Vaccines. With extensive experience in medical communications and project leadership, they have previously held roles as a Senior Global Medical Specialist at Coloplast and a Senior Medical Science Liaison at Shire. They have also contributed significantly to pharmacovigilance as a Fellow at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Lauren is pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Touro College and a certificate in Health Economics and Outcomes Research from the University of Washington.
