Leah Randall

Leah Randall is a Strategic Quality Director with over 10 years of experience in global sterile and oral solid dosage (OSD) quality systems. Currently, as the Director of Pharmaceutical Quality Systems at AstraZeneca, Leah leads the development of proactive improvements and tools to enhance quality performance. Previously, Leah held roles at Pfizer, where they conducted critical quality assessments, and at AstraZeneca, where they managed compliance programs and led teams to ensure regulatory adherence. Leah graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Central Christian College of Kansas, achieving a GPA of 3.95.
