Lei Yang possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding director-level positions at AstraZeneca and Overland Pharmaceuticals, as well as serving as an associate director. Lei Yang has also advanced through various roles at Roche, including principal statistical scientist and senior statistical scientist. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Probability and Mathematical Statistics from East China Normal University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Qingdao University.
