Leila Naim

Leila Naim is currently a Data Engineer in the IT Graduate Programme at AstraZeneca, with a focus on the Rare Disease Unit. Passionate about Global Health and Data Science, Leila graduated with first-class honors from University College London, earning a BSc in Data Science and Population Health. They have accumulated three years of experience in scientific research and data analysis, including an Assistant Research Fellow position at UCL and contributions to a book on Pharmaceutical R&D IT Strategy. Leila has also served as a Public Outreach Officer for Students for Global Health and has gained valuable insights through various internships, including data analysis for USAID’s End Malaria Campaign.
