Lena Jansson

Lena Jansson is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of project management experience and more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Global Portfolio & Project Management at AstraZeneca, Lena leads high-priority drug development projects, emphasizing strategic planning and cross-functional team collaboration. Previously, Lena held various managerial roles at APL and other organizations, where they focused on process improvement and change management initiatives. Lena earned a Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry and has pursued further education in project management, social psychology, and digital transformation.
