Lijuan Wang

Lijuan Wang is an accomplished professional in the field of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics, currently serving as the Head of Small Molecule DMPK at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease since March 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Sanofi from 2002 to 2021, where Lijuan held positions such as Principal Scientist and Lead Research Investigator. Earlier positions include a Senior Research Investigator role at Sanofi from 2002 to 2005 and a Senior Research Chemist at Merial Limited from 1999 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Iowa State University, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Lanzhou University.
