Lisa Drew has over 24 years of experience in oncology drug discovery, particularly in early and late stages. They held various roles at AstraZeneca, including Associate Principal Scientist, Associate Director of Oncology Bioscience, and currently serve as the Head of Small Molecule Discovery in Hematology R&D. Previously, Lisa was Executive Director and Head of Oncology Bioscience at AstraZeneca from 2017 to 2024. Lisa earned a D.Phil in Cancer Cell Biology from the University of York and completed postdoctoral studies at both UC Irvine and Columbia University.
