Lisa Taylor has extensive experience in project information and portfolio management, specializing in capacity management and business improvement initiatives. For several years at AstraZeneca, Lisa served in various leadership roles, including as the x-Functional Project Information Lead, where they managed a data warehouse and report development team and improved project reporting capabilities. Lisa has also been a pivotal figure in early discovery project management, ensuring seamless integration within the broader R&D framework. They hold an HNC in Business and Finance from Macclesfield College of FE.
