Louise Sutton

Louise Sutton is a seasoned professional in executive reward and global compensation management, currently serving as Senior Director of Executive Reward at AstraZeneca since December 2021. Previously, Louise held various roles at Unilever from 2010 to December 2021, including Global Reward Director, where responsibilities included managing reward strategies for global divisions and supply chains and developing frameworks for mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Louise was a Board Member at Global Equity Organization from July 2019 to June 2022. Early career experience includes positions at Ernst & Young and Deloitte LLP, focusing on international assignments and mobility services. Louise holds a degree from Loughborough University and completed education at Felsted School.
