Lucy Bailey

Lucy Bailey is currently the Global Wellbeing, Change & Communications Lead for Operations at AstraZeneca, where they focus on enhancing workplace culture and leadership development. Previously, Lucy served as Associate Director for the AstraZeneca Operations 2020 Project Management Office, leading change management programs aimed at uplifting strategic capabilities across the Global Operations workforce. Over the years, Lucy has held various positions at AstraZeneca, including Global Talent Acquisition Lead for Global IT and Executive Recruitment Partner, where they designed and implemented recruitment strategies across multiple global markets. Lucy began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hudson Global Resources and has also worked with adidas as an Internal Recruitment Consultant. They hold a 2:1 degree in Marketing Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, awarded in 2005.
