Lucy Pacoret is the Brand Lead for Respiratory & Immunology at AstraZeneca Switzerland. They previously held positions as a Digital Business Relationship Manager and a Marketing & Communication Associate at Sanofi and City One, respectively. Lucy started their career as a Banking Assistant at CAISSE D'EPARGNE and later worked as a Customer Success Associate at GROUPE CITY ONE, where they focused on customer experience and quality management. They hold a Master’s degree in Strategic and Operational Marketing from iaelyon School of Management, along with other relevant educational qualifications.
