Luka Mathijsen

Luka Mathijsen is an experienced clinical research professional with a strong background in oncology. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Study Administrator at AstraZeneca and as a Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Trial Assistant at Excelya since June 2021, Luka has previously held the role of Minutes Secretary at VvE Partner and completed an internship at UMC Utrecht in Cancer Epidemiology. Additionally, Luka conducted research as an intern at the Prinses Máxima Centrum voor Kinderoncologie, focusing on pediatric kidney cancer treatment personalization. Luka holds a Master of Science in Biology of Disease and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Utrecht University, complementing a solid educational foundation established at Heerbeeck College Best.
