Marcel Dreer, PhD, is an experienced R&D Program Director with six years in clinical development and individualized cancer therapies, specializing in program management, cross-functional leadership, and regulatory strategy within the biotech industry. Previously, they held several roles at BioNTech SE, culminating as Senior R&D Program Manager, where they led multidisciplinary teams across various departments to meet program milestones. Currently serving as Associate Director of Precision Medicine Oncology at AstraZeneca, Marcel combines strategic vision and operational expertise to drive high-impact outcomes in oncology research.
