Mark Mlynarczyk

Mark Mlynarczyk currently serves as the Head of Late-stage Portfolio Management & Governance at AstraZeneca and is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Georgetown University, where they teach portfolio strategy and drug project management. With a broad range of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, they have led corporate initiatives and advised executives in various high-stakes environments. Mark's earlier roles include policy development at the Office of Governor Mel Carnahan and significant positions at AstraZeneca and MedImmune, where they drove strategic planning and external relations. Mark holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and advanced degrees in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and Truman State University.
