Mark Skrobanek

Mark Skrobanek is currently the Associate Director of Systems and Capabilities, where they act as a liaison between Market Access, IT, and third-party vendors to enhance department capabilities. Previously, they were a Continuous Service Improvement Lead at AstraZeneca, establishing a community focused on service improvement for a technology service tower supporting 60,000 global users. Mark has extensive experience in resource and project management, having managed multiple projects and budgets throughout their tenure at AstraZeneca. They have also worked as a Global and Regional Resource Manager, overseeing resource management services across numerous regions and departments. Mark is pursuing dual bachelor's degrees in Exercise Physiology and Youth Ministry from Eastern University.
