Martina Schultz

Martina Schultz is a Global Operations Change Lead, currently guiding S4Hana transformation initiatives. They have extensive experience at AstraZeneca, where they held various roles including First Line Manager of Packaging and Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing multiple teams and regulatory compliance. Early in their career, Martina worked at Pfizer as a Process Operator and later at Semper AB as a Production Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Stockholm University and a Graduate Certificate in Operations Excellence from Stevens Institute of Technology.
