Matt Gibb is an enthusiastic Engineering leader with nearly a decade of operational experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering at AstraZeneca, they previously held the role of Engineering Operations Manager at GSK. Through various positions, Matt has championed industry 4.0 technologies, implemented smart maintenance strategies, and led initiatives that delivered over £1M in business value.
