They have held multiple roles, including Senior Quality Supplier Manager and Quality Specialist, where they focused on GMP compliance and supplier quality management. Previously, Michael worked as a Validation Specialist and Process Engineer II, contributing to technical transfer and scale-up of solid dose products. With a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, they have a well-rounded understanding of GMP operations and have conducted audits in over 15 countries to ensure compliance with global standards.
