Michael Ophir

Michael Ophir is an Associate Director in Oncology R&D at AstraZeneca, focusing on ADC Biology. They previously held positions at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Senior Scientist and Lab Head in Oncology Drug Discovery and at Compass Therapeutics where they characterized novel antibodies and engineered immune cells. Michael completed a Ph.D. in Immunology at Tufts University and has contributed to significant research in immuno-oncology and autoimmunity. They also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School, where they investigated T cell signaling pathways and immune synapse dynamics.
