Michael Ward

Michael Ward leads policy and advocacy efforts to enhance patient health outcomes, specializing in affordability, high-quality care, and biomedical research support. Michael has held significant roles, including Senior Associate Director at the American Hospital Association, where they focused on federal policy advocacy and supervised research initiatives. As Vice President of Public Policy and Government Relations at the Alliance for Aging Research, Michael directed efforts to engage with key governmental entities, promoting the voice of patients in healthcare policy. Currently, Michael serves as Director of U.S. Alliance Development at AstraZeneca and is pursuing further studies at Carnegie Mellon University.
