Mike Rodgers is currently the Lean Academy Coach at AstraZeneca, where they also served as the Global Supplier Development Manager and Global Procurement Improvement and Innovation Manager. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, they held various roles at Airbus from 2007 to 2009, including TPM Subject Matter Expert and Lean Production System Leader. Mike earned a Certificate in Management from Lancaster University in 2006 and holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Liverpool, awarded in 2001.
