Monica Marsh

Monica Marsh is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Monica held several roles at AstraZeneca from January 2016 to April 2025, including Vice President of Human Resources for Global Operations & IT and Vice President of Human Resources for the US Business in BioPharmaceuticals. Additionally, Monica served as a member of Chief, a private network for women executive leaders, from February 2022 to February 2023. Prior to AstraZeneca, Monica worked as Director of Human Resources at Crane Payment Innovations and MEI, and served as an HR Generalist/Analyst at Mars. Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Leadership Development from Penn State Great Valley.
