Nathan Rourke is a dedicated Test Leader with over 25 years of software testing experience, including 20 years as a contractor. Having held various roles such as Test Capability Lead, Programme Test Manager, and Test Manager, Nathan has developed expertise across multiple industries, including finance and pharmaceuticals. Currently, Nathan leads the software testing teams for the R&D IT portfolio at AstraZeneca, focusing on improving quality and testing efficiencies as well as initiatives in Artificial Intelligence and Accessibility Testing. Since November 2020, Nathan has actively sought to enhance knowledge in AI and Machine Learning and is a member of AstraZeneca's Responsible AI steering committee.
