Naveed Shaikh

Naveed Shaikh is currently the Senior Director of R&D Strategy and Enterprise Architecture at AstraZeneca, a position they have held since 2024. With a strong background in organizational leadership, machine learning, and bioinformatics, they previously served as the R&D Data & AI Architecture Lead at AstraZeneca from 2022 to 2024. Their past experience includes roles as a Research Consultant and Senior Systems Analyst in various organizations, where they made significant contributions to oncology platforms and informatics capabilities. Naveed holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer System Engineering from the GIK Institute of Engineering and Technology.
