Neil Ranasinghe

Neil Ranasinghe is currently the Global MSL Excellence Lead for Thoracic Oncology at AstraZeneca, where they oversee MSL strategy, clinical trial support, and the development of field medical insights platforms. Previously, they served as the National MSL Strategy Lead at Amgen, leading MSL functions across the UK and Ireland for oncology and immunology. Neil's extensive experience includes roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Pharmion, and GSK, where they honed their expertise in medical science liaison management and risk management processes. They earned a PhD in Cell Biology from the University of Liverpool, highlighting their strong academic foundation in the life sciences.
