Nicholas Cervin

Device Technical Manager

Nicholas Cervin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical management and project leadership within the research and development sector. Nicholas served as a PhD Researcher at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014, conducting theoretical scientific research and publishing results in peer-reviewed journals. At RISE Research Institutes of Sweden from 2017 to 2021, Nicholas held roles as Project Manager, Research Engineer, and Manager, leading complex projects and overseeing departmental outputs. Currently, Nicholas is the Device Technical Manager at AstraZeneca, providing expert technical support for commercial products and late-stage development projects since 2021. Nicholas also has experience as a Project Engineer at multiple organizations, including Höganäs AB and STFI-Packforsk AB. Academic credentials include a PhD in Fibre and Polymer Technology and a Master of Science in Materials Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, along with military training as a Sergeant in the Swedish Navy.
