Nick Xue has extensive experience in IT management, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Gamutsoft IT Service & Software Corporation from July 2008 to December 2010, Nick served as the IT onsite team leader, overseeing projects and leading the onsite support team in China. From April 2021 to April 2025, Nick worked at AstraZeneca as a Senior IT Technical Manager, managing five RHQ offices and expanding responsibilities to oversee the entire China deskside support team. Additionally, Nick served as Director ETS for the Regional IT Command Centre APAC, leading the command center team, and as Regional Performance Analyst, driving improvement initiatives in the International and Japan regions. Prior to AstraZeneca, Nick was the IT EUS section head at SABIC Innovative Plastics from January 2011 to January 2015, responsible for end user services in the south and west Greater China region.
