Nirosha Lederer

Nirosha (Mahendraratnam) Lederer is a seasoned professional in health policy and real-world evidence, currently serving as the Head of US Federal Government and Director of RWE Strategy at Aetion since October 2020. Prior to this role, Nirosha held positions at the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy, including Managing Associate and Fellow focusing on value-based payment. Nirosha contributed to the FDA as a Subject Matter Expert in Patient-Focused Drug Development and has a strong foundation in health economics and outcomes research from previous roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Avalere Health. Nirosha's educational background includes a BA in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University, an MSPH in Health Policy from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a PhD in Health Outcomes and Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
