Olivia Kang

Olivia Kang is an experienced Quality and Regulatory leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Quality Compliance at MassBiologics, where they lead the quality and compliance functions for commercial gene therapy products approved by multiple regulatory bodies. Previously, Olivia held various leadership roles, including VP/Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Asymchem Group and Senior Risk Management Consultant at DePuy Synthes, where they focused on risk management and quality compliance in medical device manufacturing. Olivia earned a Bachelor's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, a Master's from the University of Bradford, and a PhD from the University of Leeds, along with a Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout their career, Olivia has demonstrated a commitment to integrating quality, risk, and data to drive continuous improvement in life science enterprises.
