Pat O'Neill

Pat O'Neill, CEM, MBA, is a seasoned professional in large capital project execution, with extensive experience in biotech facilities, chemical manufacturing operations, and GMP-compliant service delivery. O'Neill has held key positions at companies such as DuPont and Gilead Sciences, where they led cross-functional teams and managed multi-million dollar projects to enhance operational excellence. Currently, in the role of Director of Facilities Management at AstraZeneca, O'Neill focuses on optimizing site operations and developing future leaders in project management. Additionally, O'Neill serves as Senior Managing Director for TeamODZ, LLC, fostering a global cycling community. O'Neill holds a BSME from Kettering University and an MBA from Delaware State University.
