Paul Devine

Paul Devine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytical biochemistry and leadership within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director and Analytical Team Lead at AstraZeneca since January 2018, Paul oversees a team of over 12 full-time employees and actively participates in both global analytical and local BPD leadership teams. Prior roles include Associate Principal Scientist, where Paul led a team of four and managed various internal and external collaborations, and positions at MedImmune and the University of Leeds, contributing to significant research in protein therapeutics and physicochemical characterization. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Protein Analytics and Biochemistry from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Glasgow.
