Petra Grešner is a Senior Statistician at AstraZeneca in Warsaw, Poland. With an interdisciplinary background in biostatistics, bioinformatics, and scientific research, Petra earned a Master’s degree in Biomedical Physics in 2002 and a PhD in Biophysics in 2006 from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Following a role as a medical statistician, Petra completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Nofer Institute of Occupational Medicine and then served as an Adjunct Associate Professor. With over a decade of experience in scientific projects and advanced statistical analyses, Petra has authored 28 scientific papers and has been involved in numerous research initiatives funded by various organizations. Currently, Petra utilizes expertise in statistical modeling and programming to conduct and supervise advanced analyses of biological and medical data at the Medical University of Gdańsk.
