Phil Devlin

Phil Devlin is currently the Director of Process, Policy, and Training for External Expert Engagement Services at AstraZeneca, where they oversee all processes and training strategies to support global teams. They previously held various roles at AstraZeneca, including Global Process Improvement Lead and Technical Operations Director, significantly contributing to improving contractual relationships with Healthcare Professionals. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Phil has also worked at GSK as the SAP Business Deployment Lead and in several leadership positions focused on healthcare professional disclosure and supply chain accounting transformation. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Newcastle University and studied at the Fundación Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
