Philip Holgate

Philip Holgate is a Lean Business Process Owner specializing in Lean, Digital, and AI transformation. Currently leading the deployment of Lean and Digital practices in AP&J regional operations, Philip focuses on defining global standards, culture, and tools to enable a fully synchronized end-to-end value stream. Previously, they held various roles including Regional Lean Lab Practitioner at AstraZeneca and Development Chemist at Selleys Yates, and they have amassed extensive experience in coaching individuals across all business levels to foster a customer-value, safety, and sustainability mindset. Philip holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Chemistry from the University of New South Wales.
