Pontus Andersson is currently the Director of R&D IT - Data, Analytics & AI, Project Management at AstraZeneca, where they drive global initiatives in MedTech and Master Data Management. Previously, they served as a Management Consultant at CGI, where Pontus led the development of one of Sweden's top talent programs, focusing on digital strategy and transformation. Pontus also worked as a Skaderådgivare at If Insurance, where they enhanced their skills in customer service and talent development. They co-founded MFALD, winning the SKAPA Talang prize for their work on a tool aimed at increasing diversity in IT companies. Pontus is pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering Technologies at Mittuniversitetet.
