Radu Cernusca

Radu Cernusca is a data scientist with a robust background in data analysis and machine learning. They have held positions at various organizations, including AstraZeneca, where they are currently a Senior Data Scientist, focusing on predictive modeling and knowledge automation. Previously, Radu worked as a Data Scientist at Vodafone and BRD - Groupe Societe Generale, contributing significantly to projects in alarm classification and employee turnover prediction. Radu began their career as a Sales Representative and later transitioned into data analysis and HR roles before specializing in data science. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Lucian Blaga” din Sibiu.
