Robin Hartman

Robin Hartman is an Associate Director and Bioinformatics Data Scientist in Early CVRM at AstraZeneca, where they currently work. Previously, Robin completed a PhD at Universitair Medisch Centrum Utrecht and served as a Postdoctoral Researcher. They gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at both the Genome Institute of Singapore and UMC Utrecht, focusing on cardiac fibroblasts and the role of human islet amyloid polypeptide in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, respectively. Additionally, Robin engaged as a Visiting Researcher at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Educated at Utrecht University, they earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in fields related to biomedical sciences and disease biology.
