Rod Hoffman

Rod Hoffman has a diverse background in IT and manufacturing, with significant experience spanning over two decades. At AstraZeneca, Rod served as the IT/OT Connected Factory Business Partner, where strategic integration across manufacturing processes was a key focus, alongside safeguarding against cyber risks. Prior roles include Director of Manufacturing IT Business Analysis and Senior Business Information Manager, providing consultancy on business process changes within US Manufacturing and the global Supply Chain. Rod's earlier experience includes consulting at Rusco, Inc. on system validation and technology projects, and software development at Empire Scale Corporation. Rod began a career in the US Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician, managing maintenance and repair of critical electronic systems. Rod holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Delaware and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College.
