Sambit Nanda

Sambit Nanda is a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca, where they lead IND-enabling studies focused on novel therapeutics for autoimmune diseases and develop an antibody-drug conjugate platform for chronic inflammation. Previously, Sambit held positions at the Medical Research Council Protein Phosphorylation Unit and the University of Dundee, making significant contributions to the understanding of autoimmune mechanisms through innovative research. Their earlier work at the Institute for Animal Health, Pirbright involved pioneering studies on viral immune evasion. Sambit earned a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the Royal Veterinary College, University of London.
