Satvinder Panesar

Satvinder Panesar is an experienced director in data and analytics strategy with a strong background in procurement and category management. Currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics Strategy at AstraZeneca since January 2018, Satvinder has previously held roles such as Associate Director of Global Procurement Content Enablement and Global Category Manager for Chemistry Services. Prior experience at RS Components, from November 2006 to December 2017, includes leadership positions in product management and global category management across various product lines, along with responsibility for sales growth and supplier relationship management. Satvinder began a professional career as a buyer at Hyperama and holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Procurement Management from The University of Birmingham and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
