Scott Knapp

Scott Knapp, MBA, is a highly analytical and driven Commercial Business Director at AstraZeneca, where they lead a Rheumatology sales team specializing in Saphnelo and Fasenra. As a 2023 Circle of Excellence winner, they excel in biologic sales leadership and previously held roles at Sanofi Genzyme, managing operations for the Dupixent franchise, and Novartis, where they launched first-in-class biologics in Rheumatology and Dermatology. Scott earned an MBA from Norwich University and a BS in Finance from Siena College, where they also had a successful NCAA Division 1 basketball career.
