Sean Weir

Sean Weir is currently the Director of Clinical Supply Chain for External Sponsored & Access Programmes, and they previously worked as a Clinical Supply Programme Lead contractor at AstraZeneca, where they developed and implemented long-term strategies for clinical supply chains. With over 13 years of experience in global project management, including 9 years in the pharmaceutical sector, Sean has a strong track record of delivering value through system improvements and effective stakeholder relationships. Prior to AstraZeneca, they held the position of Global Depot Manager at DHL Supply Chain for over a decade, generating significant savings and revenue growth. Sean began their educational journey at Banbury School, graduating in 1999.
