Sebastian Kramer is the Assistant General Counsel and Global Head of Employment Law at AstraZeneca, where they lead the global employment legal team. With previous roles as Legal Director of Global Employment and Senior Counsel in various capacities at AstraZeneca, Sebastian has extensive experience in employment law and intellectual property litigation. They started their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Eversheds. In addition to their legal practice, Sebastian is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and has a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Manchester.
